【仕事内容】

現在エンジニア社員の平均年収は約550万円(中央値で年収520万円)ですが、商流の浅い案件に特化している為、営業の獲得案件は年収687万円相当が平均です。年収900~1000万円相当の案件も多くあり、案件があっても入れる社員が足りておらず、社員のスキル引き上げをおこなっています。その為、イズムの中核となるような高単価案件をお任せできる方を募集しています。

≪お任せするプロジェクトについて≫

上流から入りプロジェクトの舵取りを行うPM、PLから要件定義、システム設計、開発、環境構築、実装、運用改善など様々。

以下の言語におけるシステム開発経験が5年以上ある方。

Java(又はSpring)・PHP(又はLaravel)・Ruby(又はRuby on Rails)・Python(又はDjango)・Golang・iOSやAndroidアプリ系言語(Kotlin/Swift/Flutter)、 etc...)等。

★イズムの方針上、VB.NETやCOBOLなどレガシー言語案件はございません

年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
