Position Details
Investment Analysis And Evaluation
Research and analyze potential investment opportunities
Conduct due diligence, including financial modeling, market analysis, and risk assessment
Prepare and present materials for the investment committee
Deal Execution
Lead negotiations and structuring of investment deals
Ensure smooth coordination with legal, financial, administrative, and business divisions
Manage the documentation and closing process
Portfolio Management
Monitor and support the achievement of strategic and financial goals of portfolio companies
Facilitate business development and strategic initiatives
Prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders on performance metrics
Market And Industry Research
Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape
Identify new opportunities and threats in the investment environment
Build and maintain a network of industry contacts and experts
Relationship Management
Build and maintain close relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, and other stakeholders

Minimum of 5 years of work experience in VC, CVC, PE, business development, or related fields
Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency in both conversation and document preparation
Desired Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree in a related field
Possession of relevant qualifications such as CFA, CPA, or CMA
Proficiency in using data analysis tools (Excel, Python, R, etc.)
Work experience in international investment deals
