仕事内容:
協働型ロボット導入案件の急増に伴い、FA領域における提案営業力と、ロボット制御技術(制御・プログラム)を兼ね備えた即戦力人材を求めています。
顧客課題の深掘りから、導入後のプログラム調整まで幅広く活躍できる技術営業職の募集です。
【仕事内容】
- 協働型ロボットおよび周辺設備の法人向け技術営業
- 顧客との仕様検討・提案活動および導入支援
- ロボット制御プログラムの作成・現地調整(PLC、各社専用ツール 等)
- 関連メーカーとの協力業務(設備製作・開発・設計など)
- 導入後の保守・プログラムメンテナンス対応
「技術がわかる営業職」として、上流から下流までを一気通貫で担当していただきます。

求める人材:
- FA(Factory Automation)業界での法人営業経験(目安:1年以上)
- ロボット制御プログラム作成・調整の実務経験のある方歓迎
- 顧客課題に対して技術的な観点から提案できる方
- 営業×技術を組み合わせたキャリアで、より専門性を高めたい方
※FA業界にてシーケンサや制御盤に関する基礎知識がある方歓迎
勤務時間・曜日:
- 9時~18時勤務(休憩1時間)
- フレックスタイム制度(コアタイム11:00~15:00)
休暇・休日:
完全週休2日制/誕生日休暇/家族ファースト制度あり

転勤なし/外出・国内出張あり(愛知・三重・岐阜/全国出張2〜3回/年)
