主に英会話のNOVAや学習塾などの出欠連絡の対応、

自社サービスに関する問い合わせ受付、日程調整等のお仕事です

「明日の15時のレッスン参加したいのですが」

「予約していたレッスン欠席します」など

英会話教室や学習塾などの生徒さんからの出席・欠席のご連絡の対応や、レッスン内容・料金などのお問合せに対応するお仕事です。

採用後はOJTとして先輩スタッフの元で研修をしながら、料金システムやレッスンプランの特徴などを学んでいただきます。

慣れてきたら、徐々に実際の電話に対応していただきます。

自分のスキルにあった入電のみ対応するシステムになっているので、分からない内容を聞かれることが基本的にはありません。

未経験でも時給1,200円〜スタート

短時間でもしっかり稼ぎたい方にピッタリです。

[仕事内容]

電話・メールの対応をお願いします。

英会話教室や学習塾の生徒さんからレッスン出席・欠席ご連絡の対応、レッスン内容や語学留学などのお問い合わせにご対応いただきます。

また、当社運営のトレーニングジム体験申し込み者への連絡(日程の調整など)やレンタル会議室の予約受付、メール送信などの業務もお願いします。

[給与]

時給1,200円〜

※土・日勤務の場合:時給1,350円〜

※研修期間1カ月程度:時給1,100円

下記の時間の中で1日3時間〜

ご希望のシフトで勤務可能です。

  • 平日/9:00~22:00
  • 土日祝/8:45~19:00

※平日の16:00〜22:00に勤務できる方尚可

<シフトの例>

平日 /11:00~17:00、14:00~18:00、13:00~16:00

土日祝 / 10:00~15:00、12:00~16:00

[教育・研修について]

丁寧に研修を進めていきますので知識がない方も全く問題ありません。

最初の1カ月程度で、メインである英会話事業部からの問い合わせ対応に関する研修を受けていただき、その後段階的に受電できる内容を習得していきます。

自分のスキルにあった入電のみ対応するシステムになっているので、電話に出た時に知らない内容を聞かれることは基本的にはありません。
