住宅型有料老人ホームくすの木でのお仕事です。
【主な業務内容】
身体介護:入居者様の食事介助、排泄介助、入浴介助など、日常生活における身体面のサポートを行います。
生活支援:居室の環境整備、移動や移乗の介助、日常生活全般のお手伝いをします。
レクリエーション:イベントやレクリエーションの企画、実施を通じて、入居者様に楽しい時間を提供します。
【施設について】
高齢者の方々が自分らしい生活を送れるように設計された老人ホームです。各部屋はプライバシーを重視した設計となっており、共用スペースではさまざまなイベントやレクリエーションが行われ、楽しい時間をお過ごしいただいています。24時間体制のスタッフが常駐し、緊急時の対応や日常生活のサポートを行っております。医療依存度が高い方や介護度の高い方でも、個別性を大事にゆったりと生活していただける環境です。

株式会社フジキナは、愛知県名古屋市緑区に根ざし、地域密着型の訪問看護ステーションと介護サービスを提供しています。2018年の開業以来、「ひとりひとりに寄り添うケア」を大切にしています。代表取締役社長の近藤博志は、当初看護師3名という最小人数でスタートし、2021年6月には小さいながらも住宅型有料老人ホーム「くすの木」と訪問介護事業所「ヘルパーステーションうえのやま」を増設。2023年9月現在では、合計26名のスタッフにより地域の皆様に介護・看護の輪を広げています。

賞与は年2回支給され、前年度実績で計3ヶ月分となっています。昇給も成績によって実施され、日々の頑張りを待遇でも実感していただけます。
充実の手当で収入面も安心
資格手当は、介護職員初任者研修10,000円、介護職員実務者研修10,000円、介護福祉士15,000円を支給。夜勤手当4,000円/回、準夜勤手当1,500円/回、食事手当300円/日と、各種手当が充実しています。
未経験者も経験者も歓迎
介護職員初任者研修、実務者研修、介護福祉士、看護師、准看護師のいずれかの資格があれば応募可能。未経験者も歓迎で、経験者の方も活躍できる環境です。
産休育休の実績あり
産前産後休暇、育児休暇の制度があり、実際の取得実績もあります。慶弔休暇も完備されており、ライフイベントに合わせて働き続けられる環境です。
マイカー通勤可能で転勤なし
マイカー通勤が可能で、転勤もないため、地域に根ざして長く働けます。
