当社では現在店長を含めて20〜30代の男女4名のスタッフが活躍中。

そのスタッフ全員が施工管理、建築関係、小売店での販売職など、異業種からの転職組で未経験からスタートしました。

当社で取り扱うのは軽微なキズやへこみのため、未経験からでも始めやすいのが特徴です。

4週間にわたる丁寧な研修と店舗でのOJTやマニュアルがあるのはもちろん、明確な料金設定や塗装の色を配合する専用カメラなどシステムも完備されているため、車の知識や業務の経験がなくても、修理の技術を身につけていくことができる環境が整っています。

完全週休二日制で希望休の取得も可能。交替で土日休みも可能で、家庭も大切にしながら働ける環境です。

仕事内容


車のキズやへこみを直すカーリペア業務です。

丁寧な研修とマニュアルが完備されており、未経験からスタートできる仕事です。

<仕事の流れ>

  • お預かりした車のキズやへこみのチェック

サイズに応じた金額が記載された専用メジャーで修理箇所を測り、キズの場所やへこみの有無を確認します。

  • 見積り作成

キズの長さ・場所・へこみの有無で料金がわかりやすく決まっており、専用システムに必要項目を入れれば自動計算してくれる仕組みになっているため、難しい計算などはなく安心です。

  • キズやへこみの修理

へこみがある場合は専用工具で引き出したり、キズ周りを整え、塗装がきれいに乗るように準備します。

  • 車の塗装

専用カメラを車体にあてると、自動的にボディの色を配合してくれるため、機械の表示通りに塗料を混ぜるだけで色が完成します。

  • 仕上げ作業・納車

最後にツヤを整え、洗車をしてきれいな状態でお客様に車を返却します。

※見積もりやキズなどのチェック、納車などの際にお客様へ接客する機会もあり、実際に仕上がりをみて喜んでいただけるお客様の姿を見られるやりがいがあります。

教育・研修について


入社後、4週間の研修を横浜の工場で行います。

まずは道具の名前や使い方からスタートし、キズの見方や修理方法の判断基準(塗装だけで直る、へこみの修理が必要など)を覚えていきます。

慣れてきたら実際に練習用のボディや、実車を使用して30台分の修理の練習を行います。

普通自動車免許(AT限定可)

<下記時間でシフト制勤務>

(a)7:30〜16:30(休憩1時間/実働8時間)

(b)9:00〜18:00(休憩1時間/実働8時間)

(c)11:00〜20:00(休憩1時間/実働8時間)

※シフトを組む際に時間の希望も聞いているため、予定に合わせて勤務時間の調整も可能です

残業


原則定時退社

※残業はあっても月平均6時間未満、基本的に定時上がりです。

(繁忙度合いにより多少変動あり)

休日


完全週休2日制(シフト制)

※シフトを組む際に希望を聞いてるため、公休の中でも希望休の取得が可能。連休取得も可能です。

土日に関してもシフトの中で交替で休んでいます。

給与


月給266,000〜342,000円(一律インフレ手当20,000〜40,000円、固定残業手当22時間分/40,000〜50,000円含む、残業の有無に関わらず支給/超過分は別途支給)

入社時の想定年収


350〜450万円(月給26.6〜34.2万円+諸手当+賞与)

実績年収

  • 入社4年目・25歳/年収430万円(月給32万円+諸手当+賞与)

諸手当


交通費全額支給、時間外手当(超過分)、役職手当、職能手当、報奨金制度有(売上目標達成時)

※現在3年連続で売上達成し、報奨金が支給されています

研修費用・宿泊費用(朝食付)・移動交通費は全額会社負担

    • スキルを磨いて給与アップ
      修理品質や生産性の向上を目指すため『ピッカーズ資格認定制度』という制度があります。1級~3級に分かれており、ランクアップにともなって昇給制度も整えています。

      評価基準は「30cmのキズを4.5時間で直せる」など明確に決まっているため、目標を持って仕事に取り組むことができます。- - 系列会社の「ニコニコレンタカー月寒中央3条店」が併設しており、同じ事務所内で洗車などの業務も協力して行っています。
