仕事内容:

新築住宅のお庭や外構(エクステリア)を、

"ゼロからプロデュース"できるお仕事です。

お客様の理想の暮らしをじっくりヒアリングし、

カーポート・ウッドデッキ・アプローチ・フェンス・ガーデンなど、

住まいをより美しく、より心地よくする外構デザインを

一緒に考え、カタチにしていきます。

図面を見ながら、

「この家には、どんな庭がいちばん似合うだろう?」

そんな想像する時間こそ、この仕事の醍醐味。

プラン作成や見積り、施工スタッフとの打ち合わせを通して、

あなたのアイデアが**"実際の暮らし"として完成**していきます。

新築だけでなく、既存のお庭のリフォーム提案も担当。

「もっと使いやすく」「もっとおしゃれに」

お客様の暮らしをアップデートするお手伝いも行います。

営業は完全反響型。

飛び込み営業やテレアポは一切ありません。

ホームページ・広告・口コミからのお問い合わせが中心で、

すでに興味を持っているお客様への提案がメインです。

そのため、営業未経験の方や

インテリア・建築が好きな方も始めやすい環境。

「好き」や「センス」を活かしながら、

お客様の人生に寄り添う提案ができる仕事です。

入社3年で年収500万円、6年で600万円の実績もあり、

500万円/月給29万円+手当+賞与/入社3年

600万円/月給33万円+手当+賞与/入社6年

月給26万円以上+各種手当+賞与
