Job Description
Join Amaris Consulting as a member of our technology team, where you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of C++ software applications.
You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with development and product teams to deliver robust solutions that meet client needs.
This position offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and continuously enhance your skills in software testing and automation.
Your missionsDesign, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for C++ software applications
Collaborate with development and product teams to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools
Troubleshoot, debug, and verify fixes for reported issues
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality
Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to automation initiatives
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, testing tools, and technologies
Your profile
Academic background:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience:
Proven experience in software testing or C++ software development
English language:
Business level English and Japanese
Tools / software:
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and experience with software development tools and version control systems
AI/OpenAI experience:
Experience with automated testing tools or frameworks is a plus
Soft skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; strong communication and teamwork abilities
