チームについて

Areneは、最先端の自動車開発プラットフォームを提供し、統一された開発ライフサイクルを通じてソフトウェア定義型自動車への移行を加速させることをミッションとしています。

Areneエンジニアリング部門は、ツール、データ、組み込みSDK、プロトタイピングツールを提供するすべてのエンジニアリング職種を統合しています。

システムエンジニアリングチームは、顧客、製品、プロジェクトチームと連携し、Arene全体にわたる仕様と設計を作成します。また、エンジニアリング全体を通して、これらの設計の技術的な実行を促進します。このチームは、従来のシステムエンジニアリング手法とモデルベースのシステムエンジニアリング手法を組み合わせて、システム設計を形式化し、システムおよびソフトウェア設計のためのプロセスを定義・継続的に改善します。

対人スキルと実践的なハンズオンエンジニアリングスキルの両方が高く評価されます。設計レビュー、プロトタイピング、およびエンジニアリングレベルの設計と実行のサポートが求められます。顧客や組織全体のエンジニアと関わり、協力する能力が不可欠です。

あなたはシステムエンジニアリングチームのチームリードにレポートすることになります。このポジションはオンサイト勤務となります。

次世代ソフトウェア定義型車両の実現を支える複雑なシステムの設計に携わる、経験豊富なソフトウェア・システムエンジニアを募集しています。

このポジションでは、要件定義やモデルベースのシステムエンジニアリングなど、様々な手法を用いて、安全性・セキュリティが最重要となるコンポーネントの開発を行います。

スタートアップ企業やゼロからのプロジェクト経験をお持ちで、自律的に行動できる方、プロセス構築・拡大に精通している方、そして幅広い分野のエンジニアと協力できる方を求めています。

業務内容

・システムエンジニアリングを用いて、部門横断的な問題や課題を解決する

・ビジネス要件からソフトウェアに至るまでトレーサビリティを確保し、要件定義とモデルベースのシステムエンジニアリング手法を適用して、システムおよびソフトウェアアーキテクチャを定義する

・顧客や社内関係者と連携し、システム要件および設計を導き出す

・システム要件およびシステム設計を作成する

・ソフトウェア要件およびソフトウェア設計プロセスを支援する

・業界のベストプラクティスを反映させ、システムエンジニアリングプロセスの継続的な改善を行う

・エンジニアリングチームのシステムエンジニアリング能力を教育し、育成する

必須条件

・ソフトウェアエンジニアとしてSDLCの全フェーズを実行した5年以上の経験

・システムエンジニアまたはソフトウェアエンジニアとして5年以上の経験(顧客要件分析、ソリューション設計、正式仕様書作成を含む)

・自動車、航空宇宙、医療、通信システム分野での経験

歓迎条件

・コンサルタント、スタートアップ、または急成長中の組織での実務経験

・以下の分野での実践的な経験:

・自動車関連のツール、プラットフォーム、プロセス

・Vモデル開発およびA-SPICE

・UMLおよび/またはSysML

・CATIA Magic、Rhapsody、Enterprise Architectなどのモデリングツール

・Jama、Doorsなどの要件管理システム

・品質および安全規格主導の環境での実務経験 - 以下を使用:

・ISO/IEC 15288

・ISO/IEC 12207

・ISO 26262

・IEC 62304

・DO-178

・ECSS-Q-ST-80

・顧客対応の役割における設計および/またはデリバリーのリード経験

・日本語能力
