Q. どんな施設ですか?
A. 難病を抱える利用者様への訪問介護を行う事業所です。介護保険法および障害者自立支援法に基づき、重度訪問介護や移動支援を提供しています。
Q. 具体的に何をするの?
A. 利用者様の体位変換、清拭、日常動作のサポートなど身体介護の補助を行います。利用者様やご家族と連携しながらチームケアを実践します。
Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?
A. 無資格・未経験歓迎です。まず有資格者のスタッフと同行して業務を学び、資格取得支援制度を活用して成長できます。

曜日:月曜〜日曜(シフト制/週1日勤務からOK)

夜勤専従(無資格の方):日給 18,000円〜19,000円(当初は有資格者との同行からスタート)
夜勤専従(介護福祉士):日給 23,000円〜25,000円
昇給:年1回
賞与:年3回(※昨年度実績。業績や勤務時間等により支給)
支給例:日勤フルタイムパート/1回あたり297,700円
支給例:夜勤パート(月60時間)/1回あたり160,000円
備考:資格取得後は時給・日給がUPします。
