当社プロダクトを導入いただいた企業さまに向けて、「どう使えばもっと成果が出るか?」を一緒に考え、活用を促進するお仕事です。
《業務内容》
・初期オンボーディングの支援
・運用フローの改善提案
・データの活用サポート
・定期的な利用状況の振り返り
・お客様の課題ヒアリングとプロダクトチームへのフィードバック
単なるサポートではなく、"成果につながる使い方"まで伴走するポジションです。
