《具体的な仕事内容》

南砂あら川保育園にて保育業務全般をお任せします。

・乳幼児の保育

・保護者対応

・園行事の運営

・園内外の環境整備 など

<1日のスケジュール例>

07:30~ 順次登園、健康観察、自由遊び

09:30~ 朝のおやつ、排泄、朝の会

10:00~ 主活動(体操、ワーク、お散歩など)

11:30~ 給食(園内手作りです)

13:00~ 午睡(交代で休憩や事務作業を行います)

15:00~ 午後のおやつ、帰りの会

16:00~ 自由遊び、順次降園

勤務時間・曜日:

7:30~20:00の間でのシフト制(実働8時間、休憩60分)

<シフト例>

① 7:30~16:15

② 8:00~17:00

③ 8:30~17:30

④ 9:00~18:00

⑤ 11:00~20:00

<公平なシフト体制でプライベートも充実>

上記のシフトは正職員全員で公平に分担しますので、一部の職員にだけ負担がかかることはありません。

・①~⑤の各シフトを、月の中でそれぞれ4~5日程度ずつ担当します。

・早番ばかり・遅番ばかりということがないので、生活リズムも整えやすい環境です。

※残業:月平均3時間程度

給与:

月給 27万9880円 〜 36万1880円

・基本給 192,000円~

・処遇改善手当Ⅰ 22,000円
