WHR Global Consulting is a remote HR consulting and Headhunting firm providing support to clients worldwide. We have almost 2 decades of HR Consulting & Headhunting experience supporting startups, SMEs and multinational firms from various industries eversince our grandparent company first operated in 2013.
OUR REMOTE HR SERVICES
- Headhunting: We specialized in headhunting roles for executives, IT (niche and non-niche), corporate support and and multilingual staff.
- HR Project Engineering: We also offer remote HR project management to businesses especially start-ups and SMEs needing HR experts to jumpstart and create their HR structure, organizational chart, company job descriptions, company handbook, employee orientation decks, employment contracts/ job offer templates, HR policies, salary offer, HR forms and processes for end to end talent management from talent acquisition stage to employee onboarding and offboarding as well as total rewards, labor relations and organizational development stages.
- HR Consulting: We also offer remote HR advisory and counselling to business owners and their support team in matters concerning employee discipline, salary appraisal, performance management and succession planning to ensure productive and highly motivated employees.
The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Brainstorm with the game design team on game concepts, design aspects, and requirements.
- Collaborate with programmers to establish deadlines and work schedules.
- Choose appropriate game frameworks, and turn ideas into clear, effective code.
- Create and test gameplay concepts and features.
- Develop game storyboards and scripts, as well as inanimate objects and characters.
Ideal Profile
Required
- Experience as a game engineer
- Must be a foreign national (not Japanese citizen) residing in Japan and is a passer of JLPT N1, N2, N3. Candidates who are not JLPT passers but their level of Japanese communication is at the level of N1, N2 and N3 will be considered.(Note: N4 and N5 JLPT Levels and passers as well as those candidate not currently in Japan will not be considered)
Preferably
- Love of games.
- Knowledge of mathematics and physics required for 3D game creation and development experience
- Experience in server development for social games
- Experience with cloud computing (AWS, etc.)
