業務内容
配属予定先チームでは、大手損害保険会社様の開発を数十年にわたり担っています。
お客様側での積極的なIT投資の状況もあり、基幹業務を支える大規模システムの開発・運用や、
生成AIを活用しDX化を目指したシステム新規開発など、
様々なプロジェクト
が動いています。
今後プロジェクトが増える予定や損害保険領域における業務アプリケーション開発を事業遂行の中核である同部署では、
プロジェクトが増加する中で安定的に遂行する
体制を強化
する必要があると考えています。

■ポジションについて
損害保険領域における業務アプリケーション開発において、 サブリーダー、もしくはリーダーとして要件調整から 設計、開発、テスト、本番リリース作業と全工程をご担当いただきます。
直接お客様と仕様を詰めることも多いため、チームリードだけでなく提案や仕様調整などもお任せする予定です。
プロジェクト例:
- 契約関連システムプロジェクト(契約の更新、新規契約)
- 団体保険の新規契約システムプロジェクト
- コールセンターに生成AIを適用したプロジェクト(過去事例)
■想定プロジェクト
損害保険会社向けのシステム開発に関するプロジェクトにPM/管理職候補として参画していただくことを想定しています。
プロジェクト人数:20〜100名
※開発工程は協力会社様が担当となります。
■配属事業部の紹介
配属先部門(損害保険アプリケーション領域)には大きく3つのグループがあり、大規模システムから中小規模のシステムまで担当しています。
お客様との要件調整からシステム導入までを行っている部門です。

■キャリアパス
- PM、もしくはプレイングマネージャー(組織マネジメント含む)としてご活躍いただく想定です。
- まずは5人~20人規模のプロジェクトを想定しておりますが、中長期では提案やより大型のプロジェクトをご担当いただくなど、ご志向や適性に合わせてご経験を伸ばしていただきたいと思っております。また、組織マネジメントキャリア以外にも技術スペシャリストのキャリアパスもございます。

【必須】
- Webアプリケーション構築経験(画面開発、DBアクセス等を含む業務ロジック開発)
- 金融業界でのプロジェクト経験(仕様調整経験)
以下いずれかのご経験がある方
①開発チームのマネジメント経験がある
- ②チーム間調整の経験がある
- ③チームリーダー、サブリーダー経験(チームの規模不問)
【歓迎】
- 金融に関する業務知識(銀行・証券・保険など)
- 新技術に対する積極的な学習姿勢
- 情報処理技術者(プロジェクトマネージャー)、PMP資格の保有
- QCD管理経験(チームの規模不問)
