自社配送を行う販売事業者様向けに新サービスをローンチすることとなり、このたび、事業開発やカスタマーエンゲージメント経験の豊富なアカウントマネージャーを募集します。アカウントマネージャーは顧客の配送体験を向上させると同時に販売事業者様のサービスコストを削減することを目的とした新サービスを大手販売事業者様へ提案し、導入するための戦略・エンゲージメントの役割を担います。
Key job responsibilities
- 新サービス導入のターゲットとなる大手販売事業社様とのRelationship management
- 新サービス導入に向けたAmazon内Stakeholderとの調整、関連するSOPの作成、修正、管理
- 新サービス導入に向けた大手販売事業者様への訪問と導入可否の判断
- 新サービスを導入した大手販売事業社様のアカウント管理、Trouble Shooting
- Sales Management Toolを利用し、業務に必要な成果指標の管理と分析
- New MemberのOnboarding
10:00 Team sync-up
11:00 Online meeting with Target Seller
12:00 Lunch
13:00 Online meeting with Managed Seller
14:00 Sync up with internal stakeholders
15:00 Visit to Target Seller
17:00 Wrap up of the visit and update sales management tool

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Japanese
- Basic Level English; ability to communicate in both written (email, reports) and verbally in English (meetings, phone calls, video conferences)
- 3 + years of business development or program launch experience
- 3+ years of project management with both internal and external multiple stakeholders
- Self driven even under high ambiguity situation
- Forwardlooking and always looking on the bright side mindset.
