通信インフラに関する業務を行う会社のIT事務(総務)をお願いします。

大手通信企業などを中心に、お客様先の基地局建設プロジェクトに携わり、通信インフラの業務サポートを担当していただきます。

IT系(エンジニア)の資格取得などキャリアアップを目指していく総合職ポジションです。

【具体的なお仕事内容】

・見積書/請求書の確認

・注文書/注文請書作成

・契約の締結にかかわる書類の確認

・電話、メール対応など

・作業員への情報の展開

・備品購入、在庫管理等

・社内システムの操作、情報更新

正社員登用制度あり

契約社員としての雇用期間は初回3ヵ月契約、次回以降3ヵ月ごとに更新。

勤務態度等問題ないこと、かつITパスポート等の技術資格取得を条件に、入社より6ヶ月以降で正社員への切替となります。

資格取得に向けた勉強会などの支援もありますので、安心して資格取得を目指すことができます。
