【梅田】営業サポート《東証スタンダード》《タオル研究所》
【主な業務内容】先輩社員がOJTで指導します。
営業本部に所属し内勤の営業として、外勤営業やデザイナー、品質管理、技術開発など社内の様々なメンバーと協働しながらタオル製品を生み出す業務です
*海外工場や取引先との折衝
*企画商品のサンプル確認
*書類・資料作成
*生産管理、売上管理
*市場調査やマーケティング業務
*在庫管理、納期管理
*社内登録システムへの入力作業
*その他付随する業務
- 語学力(英語)不問ですが、お持ちであれば活かせます

大手ECサイト、大手コンビニ、インテリア雑貨小売店、ゲーム・玩具・アミューズメント製品会社、大型量販店等など
- 身近な店舗で企画した商品が並び、やりがいを感じる環境です

20代から60代まで幅広い年齢層の社員が活躍しています。

<必須のご経験>
・事業会社での営業、生産管理、事務、企画などのご経験1年以上
・基本的なPCスキル(Excel、PowerPoint)
<歓迎条件>
・商品企画のご経験
・日用品、アパレル、繊維、OEMメーカーでの生産管理のご経験
・営業のご経験(法人、個人)
・貿易、輸入手続きのご経験
・営業事務のご経験
※英語力(会話、メール、チャット)があれば活かせます
年齢の条件と理由:あり(定年(60歳)、再雇用65歳まで)
勤務時間詳細
実働時間:1日あたり8時間
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 22日
9:00~18:00
※残業時間 全社平均 月20時間
※生産性向上のためお互い連携しながら、
システム化を進めるなど一丸となって取り組んでいます

給与詳細
※基本給・固定残業代の総額
基本給:月給 21万4000円 〜 26万8000円
固定残業代:あり
1ヶ月あたり6万6000円 〜 8万3000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり40時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし
