【配属先】

株式会社インタースペース HR戦略推進室

執行役員兼HR戦略推進室長1名、リーダー1名、サブリーダー1名、専門職2名

平均在籍年数は11年と定着率が高い組織です。各々人事になるまでのキャリアはさまざまで、ビジネス職から人事になったメンバーや新卒から人事を担っているメンバー、採用コンサル出身のメンバーなどが所属しています。各々の得意ややりたい事をお互いにアウトプットしながら、チームとして活動しています。

450万円~600万円想定

■想定年収450万~600万円

■月給:300,300~402,550円

基本給:229,000~307,000円

定額残業手当:71,300~95,550円 (月40時間該当分、超過分は全額支給)

※これまでの経験、給与を十分に考慮して決定致します。  

※賞与 年2回(6月、12月)  

※昇給・昇格 年2回(1月、7月)  

※試用期間3か月(条件変動なし)

□600万円/30歳・入社3年/月給41万円

□450万円/28歳・入社2年/月給31万円

□400万円/25歳・入社1年/月給28万円
