【具体的な業務内容】

プレイングマネージャー、またはスペシャリストとして、裁量を持って業務に取り組んでいただきます。

<ベース業務>

法人・個人の決算申告業務(チェック業務含む)

巡回監査、税務相談対応

担当スタッフの指導・育成、進捗管理

<アドバイザリー・特化業務>

※経験・希望に応じて積極的にお任せします

・相続税、贈与税の申告、事業承継コンサルティング

・M&Aにおけるデューデリジェンス、バリュエーション

・外資系クライアントへのレポーティング(英語力のある方歓迎)

・事務所の経営企画、業務改善プロジェクトのリード

【必須条件】

会計事務所、税理士法人等での実務経験が5年以上ある方

法人・個人の一連の税務申告業務を完結できる方

顧客との折衝、提案業務の経験がある方

自身の経験を活かし、さらなるキャリアアップを志向している方

【歓迎要件】

・税理士資格をお持ちの方(または科目合格者)

・マネジメント経験(少人数でも可)

・ビジネスレベルの英会話力

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

9:00~18:00(実働8時間/休憩60分)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 26万4000円 〜 42万2000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり9万3000円 〜 14万9000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり45時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

35万円 〜 60万円

  • 想定年収:500万円〜800万円

前職の給与、経験、能力等、最大限考慮し、

話し合いの上で決定いたします。
