当社は、自動車の整備や鈑金工場で使われる業務システム『TOMCAT』を開発・販売しております

- お客さまからの問い合わせ対応
- システムの使い方説明・操作指導
- 故障・トラブル時の一次対応
- 新サービスやオプション機能のご案内
- 見積書・提案資料などの事務作業
- 関西圏を中心とした訪問業務(社用車使用)
訪問先は決まった企業さま中心で、営業と連携して動きます
まずは既存のお客さまを訪問し、製品やサービスを最大限に活用していただくためのサポート業務全般をお任せします。

- 自動車業界での勤務経験(整備・販売・受付 など)
- 営業・販売・接客など、お客様対応の経験

入社後2週間程度、本社(愛知県名古屋)にて社内研修を行います。
