仕事内容:

東京都八王子市の小規模個別対応保育園での保育士のお仕事です。

【主な業務内容】

・個別対応保育を重視し、子どもたち一人ひとりに寄り添った丁寧な保育

・クラス担任制ではなく、全スタッフで協力しながら保育に携わります

・保護者向けの行事が少ないため、行事準備による残業がありません

・連絡帳などはPCを使用した記録作成

・一時保育や病児保育のサポート業務

【勤務時間】

変形労働時間制(1ヶ月単位)

・7:30~16:30

・8:30~17:30

・9:30~18:30

または7:00~21:00の間の8時間(休憩60分)

【施設について】

保育時間は通常7:30~18:30、延長保育は7:00~7:30と18:30~21:00まで対応。一時保育・病児保育も8:00~17:30で実施しており、地域の子育て支援に貢献している保育園です。
