販売促進部WEBマーケティング課の鈴木賢一さんにお話を伺いました。

人の暮らしを支える、決してなくならない仕事

――アイダ設計に入社したのはいつですか?

2011年に中途で入社しました。実はそれ以前にもアイダ設計に勤めていたのですが、一度転職をして戻ってきたんです。

――アイダ設計に入社した理由を教えてください。

もともと、人の暮らしと密に関わる「衣食住」の一つ、住まいの部分で誰かの役に立ちたいとの想いがあり、地元に根付いたハウスメーカーであるアイダ設計に入社しました。

新卒時代も今と同じ販促の仕事をしていたのですが、スキルアップのためにWEBのスペシャリストがいる企業に一度転職したんです。そこで1年ほど働き、スキルが身についてきた頃に、アイダ設計の同僚から声をかけてもらい同部署に配属になりました。今なら以前より、住まい選びをするお客様にも、そして会社にも役立てると思えたので、再びアイダ設計で働くことに決めました。

見えない相手の思いを汲んで届ける、広告の奥深さ

――現在の仕事内容を教えてください。

販売促進部WEBマーケティング課に所属していて、アイダ設計そのものや商品を多くの方に知ってもらうためのWEB広告を運用しています。広告を使って興味関心を醸成し、お問い合わせや資料請求につなげる仕事です。

――仕事は、どのような流れで進んでいきますか?

ケースバイケースではありますが、まずは家(土地)を売りにかけるにあたってどのような販売計画で進めていくのか、どう宣伝するのかを打合せします。現場を含めた各部署からメンバーが集まって、広告の打ち出し方に関して具体的な案を持ち寄るんです。

たとえば、予告広告は3ヶ月前から出すのがいいのではないか、近くに鉄道が走っているのなら中吊り広告がいいのではないか、周辺住民の方の年齢層によってはSNSを活用した方がいいのではないか、といったことを話し合います。ここで具体的な方針を決めたら、あとは各自が部署に戻って手配していく流れです。

――業務の中で大変なことはなんでしょうか?

WEB広告は見えないお客様を相手にしているので、何が正解かやってみないと分からないところですね。もちろん仮説を立てて広告を打つのですが、失敗するときも成功するときもあります。

出稿した広告が上手くいかなければ、内容がよくなかったのか、発信するエリアが間違っていたのかなど原因を検証し、広告の内容や条件を微調整します。PDCAサイクルを回して、次に活かしていくという感じですね。

苦労する分、考えぬいた施策への反響が大きかったときは、大きな達成感があります。

――多くの人に自社を「伝える」広告の仕事において、大切にしていることはありますか?

「その人の気持ちになる」ということです。

自分がされて嫌なことは人にしない、とよく言いますが、広告においても同じだと思うんです。自分がその広告を見てどう思うのかをベースにおいて考えていれば、おのずと相手の気持ちになった施策が思い浮かぶはずですから。

――部署の垣根を越えて多くの方と関わられていますが、どのような社風ですか?

風通しが非常にいいですね。発言する場が多く、若手の意見も積極的に採用されるなど、社歴に関係なく自分の考えを口に出せる環境です。

日頃からコミュニケーションは活発で、相談したいことがあれば「少し時間を作ってもらえますか?」と気軽に言える雰囲気があります。ちょっとした日常レベルの会話から、新しい取り組みが始まることもあって。会社全体として、コミュニケーションを特に大切にしているなと感じています。

向上心を忘れずに、お客様の思いに寄り添いたい

――今、仕事において課題に感じていることはなんですか ?

いかに感度の高いお客様を獲得し、営業に繋げることができるか。その確率を上げることです。販売促進部は営業が住宅を売るのサポートする部署なので、情報感度が高く、購買意欲のあるお客様を営業に橋渡しできる施策を打っていきたいと考えています。

――課題を解決するために、新しく取り組まれている施策を教えてください。

販売促進部には「インサイドセールス」のチームがあります。そのチームで、過去の商談でご契約にいたらなかったお客様に、定期的にメールを送ったり、ご興味がありそうなエリアの完成見学会やキャンペーンのご案内を送ったりする動きを始めたところです。

広告を打つことに加え、まだ本格的な検討にいたらないお客様を温めて営業さんに繋げる役割も強めていきたいと考えています。

――鈴木さんはこれからどんな未来を設計(BUILD A LIFE)したいですか?

ユーザーの思いを汲んで、一人ひとりに合う広告を届けられるような技術を身に付けたいです。

たとえば、平家を建てたいと検討している人がいたとします。理想のテイストもある程度決まっている。その人がいざスマホを見てみると、「まさにこんな家に住みたい」と思えるぴったりの広告が出るんです。求めているものに対して、ダイレクトで明快な広告を表示できるような、きめ細かい配信設定ができたらいいなと思っています。

このようにユーザーに刺さる広告を提案していくためにも、最新情報やトレンドを常に把握しておけるようアンテナを張っています。WEBは変化の激しい領域なので、ネットや雑誌から最新の情報を取り入れる努力を続けているんです。代理店のような広告を専門に扱う企業さんと同じレベルで、施策やプランを打てるようになりたいですね。

――最後にどのような人と一緒に働きたいか教えてください。

向上心と行動力のある人と一緒に仕事がしたいですね。それさえあれば、スキルは必然的についてきますし、能力も上がっていきますから。社内全体でみても、会社を良くしていきたいという向上心をもった人が活躍しているように思います。強い想いをもってリーダーシップを発揮している人たちが、会社を改善していっているという印象です。ぜひ、我こそはとの想いがある方はエントリーしてみてください
