【職務内容】
・特許実務:担当するテーマの発明発掘から契約、権利活用までの一貫した特許実務。
・特許調査分析:社内の特許調査テーマに対し、調査分析及び提案を行う調査実務。
※今までのご経験や志向により、いずれかの職務をお任せします。
【入社後まずお任せしたい業務】
・特許実務担当は、上長や先輩の支援を受けながら担当するテーマの発明発掘から契約、権利活用まで一貫して担当いただきます。
・特許調査分析担当は、上長や先輩の支援を受けながら社内の特許調査テーマに対し、調査分析、及び提案を担当いただきます。
【将来的にお任せしたい業務/キャリアパスのイメージ】
・3年後:上長と相談しながら、担当テーマの知財戦略立案、発明発掘、出願権利化を事業執行体の開発者と連携しながら進めていただきます。
・5年後:後輩特許実務者を指導しながら、担当テーマの知財戦略立案、発明発掘、出願権利化を事業執行体の開発者と連携しながら進めていただきます。

【必須】
・特許実務のご経験、もしくは特許調査分析のご経験
・技術文章の読解が可能で、一定の会話が可能な英語力
【尚可】
・化学系の特許実務経験
・弁理士資格、知財管理技能検定3級以上、AIPE認定知財アナリスト、特許検索大会ブロンズ以上等の有資格
【給与】
年収:600万~1000万程度
月給制:月額310000円
