仕事内容:

営業部門の体制強化と新規拠点の拡充に伴い、大阪オフィスをリードする所長候補を募集します。

当社の強みである金属加工・設備工事・ロボット・AI外観検査など幅広い技術を武器に、新規顧客の開拓と拠点運営をお任せします。

【主な業務内容】

・新規顧客の開拓(製造業、医療・食品工場など)

・主要顧客とのリレーション構築、課題解決型の提案活動(対面/オンライン)

・社内技術者との打合せ、案件ディレクション

・見積作成、納期・工程管理

・拠点運営に関わる業務全般(将来的にはマネジメントも担当)

当社は、金属加工、製缶、設備設計・製作(電気、メカ)、ロボット・画像検査AIまで工場の困りごとを一社で解決できることを強みにしております。

お客様としては大手自動車メーカー様や関連企業様が多く収益基盤が安定しております。その他にも医療・食品関係などの工場における生産ラインのセットアップやメンテナンスを行っております。

3社で事業運営を行っており、創業6年ほどになりますが、グループ3社合計で売上高15億円、従業員数70名の規模まで成成しております。

最近では新たにロボット事業やAI外観検査、新商材開発など常に新しいことに挑戦しています。

平均年齢も30代と若く、個々の自主性を重んじております。なるべく無駄な規則を減らし仕組みを改善していくことで働きやすい環境を整えております。製造業は男社会のイメージが強いですが、女性の方も数多く活躍しております。異業種の方も大歓迎です。

勤務時間・曜日:

09:00~18:00 (休憩80分)

準フレックス制、客先対応により、時間変動あり

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥260,000 〜 ¥460,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥32,000〜¥55,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

想定年収:500万円~850万円(インセンティブにより変動あり)
