【仕事概要】

自治体業務のデジタル化を進めている企業様にて、Excelなどの業務効率をアップさせるツールを使用した事務ワークをお任せします。

ゆくゆくは自動化のツール開発のほか、要件定義などの主要ポジションにも携わることが可能です。

【仕事内容詳細】

・データ入力・集計・資料作成などの一般事務

・議事録作成や進捗管理などのPMO(プロジェクト支援)業務

・業務の自動化支援(マクロやVBAを使って定型業務を効率化)

・顧客管理の工数がかかりすぎていたが、ExcelやAccessを用いた業務整理と自動化支援を行ったところ、作業時間が約30%削減

求める人材:

■学歴:高卒以上(大学中退可)

■職歴:社会人経験として、職歴1年以上(1社の勤続年数)

契約・派遣社員のみ、アルバイトのみの方も可

24卒のみ:半年以上の経験可

■勤務地:就業場所や時間にご希望がない方
