【仕事内容】

【職務内容】

顧客企業での開発プロジェクト案件が多く発生している中で、プロジェクトマネージャーとして参画し、顧客折衝、上流支援、チーム組成、マネジメントを担当いただける人材が不足しております。

そこで、仕事を拡げながら一緒に事業成長を目指していける方を募集することにいたしました。

【具体的には】

Webアプリケーション開発やクラウド構築案件のプロジェクトマネージャーやプロジェクトリーダーとして顧客プロジェクトに貢献いただくことを目的としています。

参画当初は顧客担当者とのリレーション構築、要望理解を行い、顧客に提案の上、徐々に成果に必要なメンバーのアサインを行います。

アサインを行うメンバーは社員エンジニアもしくはパートナーエンジニアとなり、営業担当者と共同で顧客提案、メンバー採用の一覧のプロセスをリードしていただきます。

パートナーエンジニアの採用は弊社の人材調達支援プラットフォームを活用することで、迅速にハイスキルかつ、ご自身と相性の良いメンバーを調達することが可能です。

プロジェクト予算や状況に左右されることも多分にございますが、顧客からご自身の信頼が弊社チームの拡大有無に直結します。

年2回の人事評価、給与改定についてもこうした要素がわかりやすく反映されるため、納得感ある成果を出して昇給を目指していくことが可能です。

【求める人材】

・業務系Webアプリケーションのサービス開発経験が5年以上

・プロジェクトのマネジメントのご経験

・顧客折衝/上流援/チーム組成/マネジメントのご経験

【歓迎】

・製造業、建設業、物流業のスクラッチの業務システム開発に知見をお持ちの方

・ERP、SFAの導マネジメント経験

【給与】

年収1100~1600万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。

・ 給はみなし残業35時間分を含んでいます

・ 35時間を超える残業については別途給
