シャンクレールは、首都圏を中心に毎月5000回以上の婚活イベントを開催し、5万人以上の独身男女にご利用いただいている老舗の婚活パーティー業者です。

【具体的な仕事内容】

・お客様からの問い合わせメールの対応

・お見合い調整

・お見合い結果登録

・電話対応(緊急時やお見合い場所予約の際等)

・その他付随事務業務

・企業の新チャレンジに必要な業務等

ご入会頂いている会員様のお見合い日程調整やお見合い申込みのお取次等がメインになります。

基本的なPCスキルがあればOK

専用システムを利用した操作がメインになりますが、マニュアル用意&すぐそばで先輩達に質問できる環境ですのでご安心ください

会員様へなによりの"幸せ"を感じてもらえる結婚へ導く。

育成担当の先輩が丁寧にサポート未経験でいきなり難しい作業をまかせっきり、、なんてことはなし◎

テンプレを利用しつつ、しっかりお仕事の進め方やチャットの返し方などを学べます。
