提案をする営業のお仕事です。
人手不足でお困りのお客様に寄り添い
お客様の採用のお手伝いをお願いします。
取材や撮影、原稿作成、掲載後の
フォローまでお任せします。
「困ったらさんに相談しよう」
と思ってもらえる関係性構築が大切です
飛び込みなど、積極的な新規開拓はなし
目標はありますが、売上数字ではないので
数字へのプレッシャーも少なめです。
家庭を持っているスタッフもおり
将来ライフイベントを経ても

前職のアパレルの仕事も好きでしたが
将来を見据えた時に
安定したお休みがある仕事に転職したい、
と思い2018年にアドバに転職をしました。
仕事をするときに大切にしているのは
お客様の相談に乗り、ご要望に確実にお応えしていくこと。

4年目になるころに産休育休をいただき、
現在はフルタイムミッションという
制度を活用しており、
お迎えで一時的に抜けて
残った仕事を在宅ですることで
フルタイムと同様の働き方を実現しています。
同じような働き方をするママも多く、
子育ての大変さを理解してくれるので
安心して働けます。

まだ入社4か月なので、今は毎日上司と1日の振り返りの時間をもらっています。
そのおかげで分からないことを解消して次の日を迎えることができ
安心して営業活動に向き合うことができています
退社時間は日によって異なりますが、
フレキシブル制度もあるので、メリハリをつけて働けます

総労働時間:1週あたり40時間
9:00~18:00
※平均残業18h程度
休日休暇
週休2日制(土日祝)
夏季・年末年始・GW・弔事
- 年間休日125日(2025年度実績)
長期連休は1週間~10日程度お休みです
※年4回キックオフのため土曜出社有
- 産休・育休取得率100%
- 有給休暇:初年度10日付与※平均取得日数:7.5日/年
子供の体調不良などで時間単位有給休暇の取得も可能です。
交通・アクセス
「四谷三丁目駅」徒歩4分/ 「四ツ谷駅」「曙橋駅」徒歩9分/交通費全額支給
給与詳細
※基本給・固定残業代の総額
基本給:月給 21万3000円 〜 22万3000円
固定残業代:あり
1ヶ月あたり5万5000円 〜 7万5000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり35時間 〜 45時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

年収366万円/入社1年目
