● 期待される役割と業務内容
望ましい政策環境の形成を通じて会社のビジネスゴールを実現することを目標として、以下の業務を実施する
- 私たちのビジネスゴールを十分に理解したうえで、関連する医療・公衆衛生関連政策を分析し、日本において私たちの製造・販売する医薬品によって創出できる公衆衛生上のインパクトを最大化するために必要な政策を具体化し、その実現のための活動戦略を策定する。
- 政策ステークホルダーへのコミュニケーションや、医薬品業界団体を通じた活動を含む、外部ステークホルダーに対する活動戦略の実行をリードする。
- 社内においては、部署横断的な協働・連携に、医薬政策部門を代表して積極的に参画し、リーダーシップを発揮する。
- 保健医療・公衆衛生、医薬品等に関する国内外の政策など、私たちのビジネスにインパクトを与える政策環境の状況を把握しビジネスにおける機会やリスクについて分析することを通して、主にシニアマネジメントメンバーに対して社内の経営判断に重要な情報を発信する。
- チームメンバーの人財育成を行う。
● 必須条件
- 日本の医療および医薬品ビジネスに関連する制度・政策についての知識と経験を有すること
- 日本語、英語ともに高度なコミュニケーション能力を有すること
- チームやプロジェクトのリーダーとしてリーダーシップを発揮した経験を有すること
- 自分の所属組織外のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションについて豊富な経験を有すること
- 利害の調整や交渉の過程において積極的に取り組み解決策の実現に繋げようという前向きなマインドセットを有すること
- 私たちの重点治療領域に関する科学的な知識と理解力を有し、製品の特性や病態が理解できること
- 公衆衛生学、医学、薬学又はその他の関連分野における大学教育を修了していること
● 優先条件
- 英語圏での留学または勤務経験
- 行政機関・政治家等の政策ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションの業務経験
