事業拡大に伴い、

バックオフィス業務を支えていただく事務スタッフを募集します。

配属や担当業務は、

ご経験・ご希望・適性に応じて決定します。

主な業務内容

  • データ入力、書類作成(Excel・Googleスプレッドシート等)
  • 請求書・見積書の作成、管理
  • 経費精算、簡単な数字チェック(経理補助)
  • 契約書・社内書類の管理(総務業務)
  • 営業担当のサポート業務(営業事務)
  • 電話・メール対応(社内外)

必須条件

  • 基本的なPC操作ができる方(文字入力レベルでOK)
  • 丁寧に業務を進められる方
  • 周囲と協力しながら働ける方

歓迎する経験・スキル(必須ではありません)

  • 経理事務、総務事務、営業事務の経験
  • Excel・スプレッドシートの使用経験
  • バックオフィス業務に興味がある方

※学歴・経験不問

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間は 9:00~18:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間) です。

平日のみ(月~金)の勤務となります。

※業務状況により、残業をお願いする場合があります

休暇・休日:

・完全週休2日制(土日)

・祝日

・年次有給休暇(法令に基づき付与)

・年末年始休暇

・その他、会社カレンダーによる

※有給休暇も取得しやすい環境です

勤務地:

・勤務地は 東京都町田市野津田町のオフィス となります

・転勤、出張、他拠点への異動はありません

【受動喫煙防止措置】

原則屋内禁煙(喫煙所あり)

アクセス:

小田急線「鶴川駅」よりバスでアクセス可能です。

「野津田車庫」バス停下車後、徒歩約5分の場所にあります。

また、JR横浜線「淵野辺駅」からもバス利用が可能です。

車・バイク・自転車での通勤も可能で、敷地内に駐車場を完備しています。

通勤しやすい環境で、無理なく通える職場です。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥245,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥30,000(15時間相当分)を含む。15時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給 245,000円

(内訳:基本給215,000円+固定残業代30,000円)

※固定残業代 30,000円(月20時間分) を含みます

※固定残業時間を超過した場合は、超過分を別途全額支給します

交通費支給(規定あり)

昇給あり(評価・業績に応じて)

【年収モデル】

・1年目:年収300万円

・3年目:年収480万円(実績・役割に応じて)
