当社は1964年創業の『プラスチック成形加工メーカー』として、

自動車・医療・工業・生活用品など幅広い業界に向けて樹脂部品を製造しています。

栃木県に2工場、ベトナムに1工場を展開し、事業は着実に拡大中。

蛇腹ホースや変形ホース、自動車ドアハンドルのシートカメラ部品、

オートバイのグリップ部などをはじめ、数多くの製品の成形を手がけています。

近年は医療業界向けの製品比率も高まり、取引業界の分散化を実現しています。

開発段階から顧客と向き合い、品質・生産性・量産性を考えた提案を行うことで、

提案力・技術力ともに高い評価をいただき、

お取引先はこの10年で約10倍に増加しています。

【仕事内容】

自動車・医療・バイク業界など、大手メーカー向けにプラスチック成形製品の提案営業をお任せします。

単なる「売る営業」ではなく、技術がわかる営業として、

お客様の開発段階から関わり、品質・コスト・生産性を踏まえた技術提案を行うスタイルです。

新規テレアポや無理な売り込みはなく、

既存顧客を深く掘り下げていく"伴走型営業"が中心です。

  • 既存顧客・新規顧客へのニーズヒアリング
  • 単色・2色・インサート成形などの工程やコスト提案
  • 技術部門と連携した量産移行調整

  • 展示会などを通じた顧客情報の収集とアプローチ

  • 飛び込み営業なし。展示会経由の反響営業が中心です

  • 将来的には営業マネージャーや経営層へのキャリアアップも可能です
  • 少人数チーム × 成果評価で年収アップが可能です

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

・営業経験がある方(業界不問)

9:00~18:00(休憩1h)
