「無料相談」の機会をご案内するお仕事です

採用に課題を持つ企業に向けて

当社の採用支援サービスをご案内する電話業務です。

サービスに興味を持っていただくことが目的で

売り込みや契約交渉などは他スタッフが担当します

トークスクリプト・対応マニュアル完備

ノルマなしチーム制でサポート体制あり◎

企業との面談調整も専用ツールでカンタン

成果に応じたインセンティブ制度あり

担当いただくのは「きっかけ作り」のみ

・企業リストへの電話連絡(ご案内とヒアリング)

・興味を持っていただいた企業との無料面談の設定

・電話内容や進捗の記録・管理

・希望者はトークスクリプト改善や求人票作成などの業務にも携われます

拠点:福岡・長崎・宮崎/全国のお客様と取引

求める人材:

・テレアポや提案型営業のご経験がある方

・営業未経験でも、架電に抵抗がない方

・採用や人事に興味のある方

・リモート環境でも責任を持って仕事を進められる方

・必要に応じて福岡オフィスへ出社できる方(研修・顔合わせ時など

勤務時間・曜日:

【業務委託】

■週2日〜4日程度(応相談)

■月40~60時間程度の稼働を想定

■平日9:00〜18:00の間で自由に調整OK

■原則在宅勤務

※チームの顔合わせや研修などオフラインの機会も大切にしています

原則在宅勤務。必要に応じて福岡オフィスへ出社

給与:

・時給1,300円~1,500円(経験・スキルによる)

・インセンティブ

- 面談アポ取得1件あたり1,000円

- 成約1件あたり5,000円
