仕事内容


社会福祉法人芳美会の事務局にて、保育園の運営を支えるバックオフィス業務をお任せします。

特に力を入れていただきたいのは、園児募集(広報・マーケティング)に関する業務です。

【業務内容】

・イベントの企画、運営

(園見学会、地域交流イベントの企画立案から当日の運営サポートなど)

・広報ツールの作成

(園の魅力を伝えるチラシ、ポスター、入園パンフレットの作成・更新など)

・Web、SNS発信

(ホームページの更新、公式LINEやInstagramを使った情報発信など)

・行政・関係機関との連携

(保育課などへ連絡、定員状況の確認・調整業務など)

・その他の事務業務など

必須:Excel・Wordなどの基本的なPCスキル

歓迎:広報・営業事務経験がある方

基本給:月給 25万1400円 〜 28万3100円

固定残業代:なし

基本給 209,800円~222,900円

職種手当 3,000円

処遇改善等手当 38,600円~57,200円

固定残業代なし

通勤手当実費支給 月上限20,000円

昇給あり 月あたり3,000円~5,000円(実績)

賞与あり 年2回 段階的支給

試用期間3ヶ月(同条件)
