【仕事内容】

医薬品・健康食品向けカプセル生産工場にて製造部門での生産作業をお任せします。

シフト勤務(朝勤・昼勤・夜勤の3交替)のお仕事です。

・生産オペレーター / マシンオペレーターピッキングや軽作業の経験のある方

・倉庫等の物流現場、機械加工、作業員、介護等の経験をお持ちの方も歓迎

勤務時間・曜日

<シフト制:平均所定労働160時間/月>

1日の勤務時間は以下のパターン

( 3シフト4交代勤務制)です。

① 7:00~14:30

② 14:30~22:30

③ 22:30~翌7:00

①②は休憩1時間、

③のみ休憩1時間5分

①①②②③③休休の

6勤2休の8日を1サイクルとした

ローテーションで交代勤務になります。

土日がお休みとは限りませんが、

①と②の間、および②と③の間が

24時間ありますので、

時間を有効に活用することが可能です。

残業:月20時間以内

※基本的にはすぐに次のシフトの方に引き継ぎます。

【給与】

月給:33万円~

(スキル・経験を考慮)

工場勤務機械メンテナンス経験者や優れた品質改善実績を有している方は、

月給36.75万円〜(年収460万円〜)前職をしっかり考慮します

高卒未経験者でも、月給33万円~(年収400万円~)

※ 職級制度あり

(目標に対し、期待を上回る実績達成で、上級職にチャレンジ可能)

昇給あり

(デフレでもインフレでも毎年安定確実に昇給)

昇格あり(給与レンジにより大幅昇給)
