What You'll Do
ボストン コンサルティング グループのオフィス業績管理および成長戦略策定のため、ファイナンス関連の数値データを収集・分析・報告し、弊社経営陣の意思決定に貢献して頂きます。
【業務内容】
・年次予算策定およびフォーキャスト(予測)プロセスの企画・運営・取りまとめ
・業績 (売上と利益) のモニタリングや財務分析およびプロジェクト会計業務の統括
・予実分析
・収益予測、オフィス全体の財務面での将来予測
・月次/年次決算業務の統括
・日本の経営陣、リージョナルオフィスへのレポーティング
・チームメンバーの育成・指導・評価
・グローバルのファイナンス変革方針に沿った新規施策や業務プロセス改善の主導
※分析を行う上で海外オフィスとの情報連携が必要になり、メール中心に英語を使用します。また定期的に英語での会議に参加します。
What You'll Bring
【必須条件】 ・大学卒業以上(ビジネス、会計、またはファイナンス分野の専攻歓迎) ・コマーシャル・ファイナンスまたは管理会計のマネジメント経験 ・ビジネスレベルの英語力(読み書き・会話) ※TOEIC(R)テスト750点以上を目安 ・PowerPoint・Excelを使った資料作成、分析業務のご経験 ・チームメンバーの育成・評価・パフォーマンスマネジメントの経験 【歓迎条件】 ・サービス業(プロフェッショナルファーム、コンサルティング、IT、広告等)におけるコマーシャル・ファイナンスまたは管理会計の経験 ・グローバル企業や外資系企業での勤務経験 ・多国籍・多文化チームと協働した経験 ・マトリックス型組織(複数の上司・ステークホルダーがいる環境)での業務経験 ・リスク管理やガバナンスに関わる業務経験 【求める人物像】 ・自ら考えて動ける主体性があり、上司の細かな指示がなくても業務を進められる方 ・複数の業務や関係者を同時にマネジメントしながら、優先順位をつけて進められる方 ・スピード感のある環境や変化の多い状況でも柔軟に対応できる方 ・論理的に物事を考え、数字やデータをもとに課題整理・分析ができる方 ・社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取り、信頼関係を構築できる方Additional info
