仕事内容

日常・月間・年間点検などの設備管理業務をお任せします。

<具体的には>

下記の各種業務を担当していただきます。

  • 設備機器運転監視業務(運転記録含む)
  • 設備営繕業務
  • 保守点検・修繕工事立会い業務
  • 設備日報作成業務(宿直時)

その他各種対応業務有り

給与


月給240,000円

八丁堀のオフィスビル/東京都中央区

※転居を伴う転勤の可能性ナシ

勤務曜日・時間


4人での(日勤ー宿直ー明休-公休)ローテーションによる勤務

日勤 8:30~17:30

宿直 8:30~翌8:30

※宿直勤務時:休憩8時間

12:00~13:00

19:00~20:00

23:00~翌5:00

資格・経験

  • 学歴不問(深夜帯勤務があるため、年齢18歳以上)

  • 下記必須資格

・第二種電気工事士

  • 下記の資格についてお持ちの方も歓迎です。

・危険物取扱者乙種4類

・第三種冷凍機械責任者

・防災センター要員

・自衛消防技術認定

・上級救命技術認定

・建築物環境衛生管理技術者

  • 60歳定年制(再雇用あり)

60歳以上の方は契約社員の雇用となります。

宿直ー明け休-公休のローテーションによる休日

※月平均8日~10日程度
