【PM支援】

ファイル転送システム開発の

プロジェクトサポート業務。

大手グループ企業で、

PM(プロジェクトマネージャー)の

支援業務を担当いただきます。

PMがコア業務に専念できるよう、

資料作成・管理を中心に

各種サポートを行います。

<具体的な仕事内容>

  • 社内稟議書、計画書、

体制図、報告資料作成

  • 議事録作成、

課題管理表・進捗報告書更新

  • 会議調整、スケジュール管理、

リスク管理

  • その他プロジェクト関連資料作成
  • タスク管理表更新
  • 課題管理

(課題の洗い出し、解決施策検討)

  • スケジュール管理時は社内外の

関係者・ステークホルダーと連携

  • 担当プロジェクト

着任数週間は引継ぎ・

在宅ワーク環境整備のため、出社勤務。

以降は在宅ワーク中心の働き方となり、

出社は週1日程です。

契約更新期間:3ヶ月に1回

基本給:時給 2200円 〜 2500円

  • 交通費規定内支給
  • 残業代別途支給

【月収例】交通費・残業代除く

  • 35万2000円

  • 40万円

(時給2500円×1日8時間×月20日)
