Adopt new ServiceNow features – Agent Workspace, Predictive Intelligence, Teams Integration
Continuous Service Improvement, Service automation, recommendation, and implementation
Involved in proposal evaluation and formalising responses to RFP / RFI for process consulting
Extensive experience working in a multivendor environment, collaborating with geographically distributed teams
