・自社コンテンツ(コミック、音声作品等)の特性を理解し、魅力を最大化するマーケティング戦略の立案・推進

・オンライン・オフラインを問わない、広告やSNSを活用した販促活動の全体設計とディレクション

・制作チーム(編集・企画)と連携したコンテンツ販促のサポートおよび企画提案

・広告代理店などの外部パートナーと協力したプロモーション施策の進行管理・品質管理

・施策実施後の効果検証とネクストアクションの策定(確立された手法がない中でのABテストやトライアル)

まだ確立された手法がない領域のため、様々な施策を積極的に試し、最適なアプローチを模索し続ける開拓者としての役割が期待されます。

【 必要な条件/経験 】

・広告代理店との折衝経験、もしくは代理店側での顧客折衝経験

・マーケティング領域におけるプロジェクト等の進行管理経験

【 望ましい経験/スキル 】

・電子書籍、出版、ゲーム、音声作品などのエンタメ業界での実務経験

・SNS(X、Instagram、TikTok等)を活用したプロモーションの企画・運用経験

・コンテンツの魅力を言語化するコピーライティング能力

・Web広告の運用ディレクション経験

・制作進行や編集補助など、クリエイティブ制作に関わる業務経験

・新しいトレンドやサブカルチャーに対する高い感度と興味関心

【 採用背景 】

当社では新規事業が続々と立ち上がり、自社オリジナルのコミックや音声作品などのコンテンツ制作に力を入れています。

現在、これらの作品をより多くのユーザーに届けるためのマーケティング強化が急務となっています。

しかし、コンテンツごとの特性に合わせた最適なプロモーション手法はまだ確立されておらず、手探りで挑戦を続けている段階です。

そこで、制作チームや外部パートナーと密に連携し、泥臭くも新しい手法を開拓しながらヒット作を生み出してくれる、熱意あるマーケターを募集します。

上記の年収額は、弊社における平均的な残業時間である20時間/月の残業代12ヶ月分と、

賞与2回分をそれぞれ1ヶ月分の給与が支給された場合の合計金額となります。
