プリントセンターでは、帳票プリントを中心とした印刷・出荷業務を担う方を募集しています。
お客様の大切なデータを正確・安全に取り扱い、確実な納品を行うための中心的なポジションです。

プリントセンターの現場作業・事務担当

【仕事内容】
レーザープリンター(連帳・単票)およびインパクトプリンターによるプリント業務
プリント帳票の仕分け、出荷、配送便対応
プリント用紙の移動・保管・在庫管理
プリント用データの作成・加工およびチェック
顧客からの各種問い合わせ・対応業務
各種報告資料や業務関連文書の作成
管理者補佐としての現場運営サポート
※現場作業8割・デスクワーク2割
※月2回程度、早朝・深夜対応あり
【給与】
月給231,000円~268,000円
想定年収:400~470万円
※能力、経験を考慮の上、当社規定に基づき優遇致します。詳細は面接の際にお伝えします。
昇給:年1回(7月)※役割・職務の変更時
賞与:年2回(7月・12月)
諸手当:時間外手当、通勤手当 他

東京都江戸川区臨海町5-2-2 三共ビル
【交通アクセス】
JR京葉線「葛西臨海公園駅」より徒歩13分
東京メトロ東西線「葛西駅」よりバス12分
都営新宿線「一之江駅」よりバスで30分
【勤務時間・曜日】
- 9:00~18:00/休憩60分
※残業は月20時間程度
※月に2回程度早朝・深夜対応あり
- 月曜日~金曜日の週5日
【資格・経験】
・基本的なPC操作スキル(Excel・Word)
・在庫管理・ロジスティクスに関する知識
・チームワークを重視し、正確な作業ができる方
【下記のご経験がある方歓迎】
・プリント業務・仕分け業務などの実務経験
・チームリーダーや顧客折衝の経験
・PowerPointを用いた資料作成経験
・業務改善・効率化提案の経験
