【仕事内容】

私たちはServiceNow導入の支援を行っています。デリバリ組織では複数の3名~20名程度のプロジェクトが同時に進行しており、各プロジェクトに数名ずつ参画し、業務に取り組んでいます。スキルによっては複数案件に参画いただくこともございます。

■任せる業務内容

・ServiceNow製品の知識を活かした開発業務・ServiceNow導入における要件の調整・プレイングリーダーとして、支援先との折衝やチームメンバーの管理・開発チーム全体のQCD管理及びステークホルダー管理をしつつ、プレイヤーとしても対応・(将来的には)デリバリ組織内のCNSメンバー全体の管理・(将来的には)CNSとしての役割を果たし、お客様に対して適切な体制を提案

【案件事例】※以下配属が想定される案件の一例となります

①自治体における人事アプリケーション導入:自治体における人事業務効率化のためServiceNowの製品であるHRSDの導入を実施。自治体特有の業務ルールを整理し、製品のカスタマイズを最小限にとどめることで安定した導入を実現。

②製薬会社様における製造管理アプリケーション開発:製薬会社様で実施している製造管理業務をServiceNowで実現するため、OOTB製品ではなく独自のアプリケーション構築を実施。CNSとしては案件リーダを含め最大10名で対応し、要件定義から設計及び実装、リリースまで一貫して対応。

ServiceNowだけでなく別製品とも連携してシステムを構築。

③職域接種におけるワクチン管理アプリケーション、予約管理アプリケーション導入:新型コロナウィルスのワクチン接種を円滑に進めるため、ServiceNowの2製品を組み合わせて導入。当時情報が少ない中、検証を行いながら短期間での導入を実現。

【求める人材】

・5名以上のチームにおけるマネジメント(進捗管理、課題管理、品質管理、コスト管理など)経験

・要件定義、基本設計工程の経験

・下記いずれかを利用したWEBシステム開発経験

プログラミング言語/フレームワーク:Java、C#、Python、R、Golang、、AngularJS、、React

データベース:Oracle、PostgreSQL、MySQL、Redis、Cassandra、MongoDB、DynamoDB、Neo4j

・ServiceNow導入経験、ServiceNowを用いた開発経験

・アジャイル開発の経験

【給与】

年収600~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
