応募資格:銀行・金融業界におけるシニアビジネスアナリスト、またはビジネスアナリストとして優れた業務理解力、コミュニケーション・スキル、ドキュメンテーション力を活かしたい方環境への適応能力が高いこと。オンサイト(顧客先)とオフショア(主にインド)の混合チームにおいて、アイディアを詳細化したり協力して作業を行うことができる方バイリンガル(日本語と英語)であること業務経験:銀行・金融業界向けのIT業界経験、または金融業界における経験が5年以上銀行・金融業界でのシステム上流工程(業務分析、要件定義)の経験2年以上、もしくは銀行業務オペレーションの業務経験5年以上銀行の海外送金に係る法人決済業務の業務知識および経験があればなお可大規模で複雑なプロジェクトにおいて多数・多様なステークホルダー間における調整の経験があればなお可担当業務:シニアビジネスアナリスト、またはビジネスアナリストとして、大規模なグローバル決済(SWIFT)の変革プロジェクトやその他の金融プロジェクトに関与いただく。顧客(業務、ITユーザー)との業務分析と要件定義に関わっていただき、グローバル決済パッケージの導入に要件~設計~テスト支援の様々な段階で業務分析のコンサルティング作業を実施する。インフォシスのグローバル決済エキスパートのサポートを受け、顧客の要件の文書化を支援する。顧客とグローバル決済パッケージベンダーの間に立ち、各要件を基にしたソリューション決めを支援する。インフォシスのオンサイトチーム(バイリンガルBA/PMチーム)およびオフショアチーム(グローバル決済パッケージのエキスパート)と協力してプロジェクトを実行する。採用担当者からのメッセージ:インフォシスで働く最大の魅力は最新のテクノロジーをグローバルチームの一員として日本のお客様に届けることです。また逆に日本のお客様のグローバル展開をITパートナーとしてリードすることにあります。国内メガの金融機関がグローバル金融市場でプレゼンスを発揮していくための、大きな社会的意義を持ち、非常に重要なプロジェクトの支援を進めており、プロジェクトの上流(要件定義)から関わるためにチームに加わっていただき、ご一緒に長期にお客様のプロジェクトを支援していくメンバーを募集しています。言語スキル:日本語 :

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
