◆中国の工場と直接交渉・調整

(品質・価格・納期・条件など)

◆輸入に関わる貿易書類の作成(POなど)

◆新しい工場のリサーチ・選定

◆不良、納期遅延などのトラブル発生時の対応

◆工場問題点の改善要請など

賞与は年2回(7月、12月)

業績によっては決算賞与の支給があり

前期実績は夏季+冬季賞与合計3.4か月以上

決算賞与200,000円でした

◆昇給年1回(4月):着実なキャリアUP可

◆通勤手当:月額4万円まで

(通勤距離片道2㎞以上の場合)

◆残業代は「100%」全額支給

固定残業代制ではないため、

働いた分だけしっかり稼げます◎

・当初:3ヵ月契約

契約満了時に双方が合意した場合に

期間の定めのない契約を再締結します(雇用条件は同じ)
