Amazon JapanサプライチェーンマネジメントにおけるAmazon Transportation Services Relay Operation Center (ATS ROC) では、日本全国にあるAmazonの物流拠点を結ぶ一日5000運行を超える運行を管理し、物流に関わる全てのメンバーの安全を保障し、サポートしています。
本ポジションが所属するOps-Capacity-Procurement Team(OCP)はATS ROCの中でも、輸送幹線の調達、出荷物量の調整、出荷物量に合わせた緊急増便調達の戦略策定に特化した専門部隊です。これらのオペレーションの正確性を担保しながらコストを最小化し、Amazonに収益性をもたらすことをミッションとしています。
Key job responsibilities
今回募集するLead Trans Specialist (Capacity Procure Management, Operation Audit)は、OCPが担当している領域の内、特に運行調達オペレーションやその正確性を管理する役回りを担います。チームメンバーである複数のSpecialistをリードし、幹線輸送ネットワークが配送物量十分に調達されている状況を保証するために、あらゆる選択肢を検討しつつ、日々改善アクションを立案/実行していただきます。また、社内外複数の関係者と協業し、Amazonの幹線輸送が調達から請求段階まで確実に行われるよう、確実なオペレーション構築に貢献することが期待されます。
具体的な業務例は下記の通りとなります。
担当する領域におけるオペレーションが、正しく実行されていることを評価するKPIを作成し、管理する
連携するパートナーチームの業務・役割を理解し、適切なコミュニケーションで効果的に協業する。
複数のオペレーション品質担保に関わり、OCP全体の品質向上に向けて改善アクションを策定/実行する。
突発的に発生する問題に対して迅速に対応し、課題解決に向けてチームをリードする。
チームのリソースマネジメントを行い、チーム全体のパフォーマンスを最大化する。
