駐車場をメインにした土地活用のご提案

初めましての緊張も数字の心配もゼロ

安心して停められる場所が街の安心を支える

【仕事内容】

既に付き合いのある土地のオーナー様に対して、

駐車場を中心に、駐輪場、自販機、トランクルームなど

土地活用のご提案をします。

【ご提案~契約の流れ】

◆お客様とのコミュニケーション

L既に取引のあるお客様のもとを訪問し、

信頼関係を築いていきます。

◆ヒアリング・提案

Lお客様の困りごとをヒアリング。

内容に沿って最適な土地の活用方法を提案します。

◆アフターフォロー

L契約後も、引き続きオーナー様との関係を

維持していくため、フォローチームと

協力しながら定期訪問を行ないます。

本人の意欲や希望次第でキャリアチェンジもOK。

新規開拓営業や、駐車場造成工事・修繕工事を担う

請負営業など様々な営業にチャレンジできます

【必須資格】

普通自動車運転免許(AT可)

勤務時間・曜日:

8時30分~17時30分

(内実働6時間~・休憩1時間)

休暇・休日:

シフト制

(毎週日曜、第2・第4土曜固定休)他シフト制

年間休日最低120日~

月給24万円~
