【仕事概要】 行政からのUPGRADE JAPANを一緒に実現しませんか? これまで各産業のトップ企業群とUPGRADE JAPANに向けた取組みを実施し、その活動の一環で、地方公共団体も巻き込みながら事業を推進してきました。 これらの実績、ノウハウを活用し、デジタル庁をはじめとした行政機関の抱える課題に弊社が直接携わり、社会にもたらすインパクトを飛躍的に加速化していきたいと考えています。 一般的なコンサルティングファームや、大手SIerと異なり、データサイエンス・エンジニア・ビジネスの三位一体で行政の改革にアプローチできる点が大きな特徴です。また、そのプロセスの中で、東京大学の知見や最先端技術、多様なキャリアとバックグラウンドを持つメンバーとの交流を通して、自身をさらに成長させることもできます。 これまで行政機関とのプロジェクトに参画され、実績を出されてきたものの、「別のアプローチで社会課題の解決をさらに加速化できないか」、そんな想いを持っている方のご応募をお待ちしています。 【チーム編成】 3-10名程度のプロジェクトデリバリーをしながらプロジェクトを拡大しつつ、更なる変革提案を行うためのプロジェクトを立ち上げていただきます。提案時は各領域のエキスパートを巻き込み推進いただきます。 【業務内容】 ・公共機関向けの案件において、新規案件もしくは継続案件受注に向けた提案活動を支援し、案件獲得後はプロジェクトをデリバリーします。なお、プロジェクト状況やご自身の専門性を踏まえ、公共機関以外の案件に参画していただく可能性はあります。
必須スキル
・3年以上のコンサルティング、実証実験、システム開発の上流工程においてプロジェクトに参画したご経験 ・社内外を問わず関係するステークホルダーを巻き込んでの円滑なコミュニケーション能力 ・新しい業務に対し積極的に取組み、やり切る意欲
歓迎スキル
・行政(官公庁、地方公共団体)における営業・提案活動のご経験 ・行政(官公庁、地方公共団体)におけるプロジェクトデリバリー活動のご経験 ・AIを用いたプロジェクトもしくはソリューションを営業もしくは実行したご経験 ・経営コンサルティングもしくはITコンサルティングのご経験 ・複数のITプロジェクトを同時に参画したご経験
