「組み込みソフトウェア設計担当【医療機器/管理職候補】」のポジションの求人です

チームワークを大切にし、リーダーシップを発揮できるソフトウェア開発マネージャーを募集します。

★主にお任せする業務範囲

・プロジェクト計画の立案とその実行

・成果物の作成と管理

・ソフトウェアライセンス、ハードウェア機器、開発ドキュメント等の物品・情報管理

・下位者に対する指導および教育計画の立案と実行

・定期的な進捗確認や、契約書に基づくパフォーマンス評価による外部ベンダーの管理

・リソースマネジメントや優先順位の見直しにより、複数開発プロジェクトの案件の管理、遂行

・週次報告、重要なマイルストーンごとのプレゼンテーションによるステークホルダーへの開発状況の報告

【具体的には】

(1)眼科医療機器の組込みソフトウェアおよびソフトウエア製品の設計・開発業務 50%

・製品試作段階において、ユーザーニーズや使用意図に関する情報を収集するため、ユーザーインタビューや市場調査を実施し、得られたデータを分析する。製品機能を実現するためのソフトウェアの試作開発を行う。

・製品開発段階において、関連部門と円滑な連携を行うことにより、進捗状況の把握し、問題点を解決する。定められた手順に沿ってプロジェクト計画の立案、技術文書の作成およびレビュー、設計、実装、試験を行う。

(2)ソフトウェア開発のマネジメント業務 30%

ソフトウェア開発について、チームの取りまとめやメンバーの技術的サポート、社内外のステークホルダーへ情報共有、報告を行い、プロジェクトをマネージメントしソフトウェアをリリースし、リリース後の保守を円滑に行う。

(3)市場調査およびソフトウェア開発技術調査業務 20%

・眼科医療機器の市場動向を常に把握するために学会(臨床眼科学会、日本眼科学会など)や展示会(Japan IT Week、Medtec Japanなど)を利用して最新の技術動向や市場トレンドを把握する。

・ソフトウェア開発に関する新たな技術情報を収集しセミナーやワークショップに参加することにより自身の技術力を維持向上させる。

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

■設計、コーディング・デバッグ、試験を含んだ一連のソフトウェア、ITシステムの開発 15年以上

■5人以上の開発チームのマネジメントまたはそれに準ずるポジションの経験

■プログラミング言語(C++、Java、PHP、JavaScript、HTML5 などいずれか)の実務経験

■Webサーバー(Apache など)、フレームワーク(React など)、クラウド、ネットワーク、情報セキュリティに関する知識

【歓迎要件】

・セキュリティ機能の開発経験、セキュリティ試験の経験

・Webサーバー環境の設計、構築経験

・クラウド環境の設計、構築経験

・外部ベンダ管理

【給与】

年収 700 ~ 1100 万円

※給与詳細は経験・能力・前職給与等を踏まえて決定

■賞与:年2回(7月・12月※過去実績5.37ヶ月)
