日祝は完全休み(^^
土曜日だけは、会社カレンダーにより出勤があります
はじめは工場長候補として会社の中を知っていただきながら、環境に慣れていただき、工場長として勤務していただけるよう周りのサポートを受けながら勤務していただきます(*^^)
初めは見習い期間で派遣からスタートし、派遣期間は時給1700円+交通費になります
※残業時間は1日1~2時間程度を見込んでいます。
業務にはプログラムによるNC旋盤を使っての加工作業や、精密部品の製造加工には欠かせない機械を利用する場面が多い仕事です。
そのためこの機械操作が行なえる経験がある方だとスムーズに業務にも、環境にも慣れやすいかと思います

仕事内容
カメラや医療機器の内部パーツ部品を製造する会社での勤務です。
工場長が欠員の為、新たに工場長候補者を募集しています。
【主なお仕事内容】
精密部品(ネジ・穴加工等)円柱部品の製造・加工
その他付帯業務
経験にもよりますが、お任せできるところからお願いしたいと思います。
バックサポートはできる範囲で行いますので安心してください。
工場長として、納期管理や品質管理など、マネジメント業務にも携わっていただきながら、工場経営者側の立場として、これから頑張っていただけたらと思います。
