教育・研究に関する業務課題や社会課題の分析・解決策立案・実装に向けたアドバイザリー/コンサルティングをお任せするポジションです。
【具体的には】
■教育・研究に関連した課題解決のための国や地方公共団体等に係る調査業務
■教育・研究機関向け経営戦略策定コンサルティング
■教育・研究機関組織再編・改革等(合併等、ガバナンス構築・BPR・業務改善等)コンサルティング
■人事制度改革コンサルティング
■産学官連携や地域イノベーションの推進に係る国内外調査業務・伴走支援業務等

【期待役割、訴求ポイント】

【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】
▽下記のいずれかのご経験をお持ちであること
■国や教育・研究機関向けコンサルティングの業務経験(3年以上)
■文部科学省での業務経験(5年以上)
■国や地方公共団体に係る調査等の業務経験(5年以上)
■教育・研究機関での経営戦略、研究戦略、産学連携、業務改革、人事等の業務経験(5年以上)
【歓迎経験・スキル】
■英語力
海外の教育研究機関等とやり取りを行う案件があります
■教員免許(教育職員免許状)
■Ph.D(教育学部等の人文・社会科学系、理・工学、生命工学)
