関東地区、中部地区、関西地区にて事業展開をしている当社。お客様からの様々な業務を全国規模で請け負っており、ショッピングモールやアパレル店、飲食店など設営業務、オフィスの設営や機器の設置業務、イベント現場の運営などを行う会社です。

仕事内容


【東証プライム上場企業であるユアサ商事のグループ会社】

当社は2025年、東証プライム上場企業である「ユアサ商事」グループへ仲間入り。

「機材+人材+ノウハウ」を揃えた新体制で、ブース設営専業から、主催まで手掛けるイベント総合企業へと進化中です。

【具体的な業務内容】

・イベントや展示会の会場設営

・店舗什器・備品の組立・設置

・現場スケジュールの管理

・アルバイトスタッフの指示・管理

・クライアントとの打ち合わせ・提案

はじめは先輩社員とペアで現場を回り、設営作業の流れや安全管理などを基礎から学びます。経験を積んだ後は、現場作業だけでなく、お客様とのやり取りや現場の進行管理など、"営業的な業務"にも携わっていただきます。

給与


月給270,975円~

*経験、能力、現場数による

*固定残業代40,975円(20時間)を含む

*超過分は別途支給。固定残業代は残業がない場合も全額支給

*月給には一律地域手当1万円を含む

21歳以下は

月給215,000円~225,000円

・賞与年2回(業績による)

・昇給、昇格年1回

【年収例】

・580~620万円/8年・課長(月給42万円+賞与+各種当)

・520~560万円/6年・主任(月給32万円+賞与+各種当)

・400~450万円/2年・未経験入社(月給28.5万円+賞与+各種当)

サービス残業は一切ナシ

働いた分は必ず残業代など各種手当を支給支給します

・シフト制(月8~12日休み)

・年間休120日以上

※会社カレンダーによる

年間休日120日+会社指定の有給取得促進日として最低5日有給取得日がありますので、実質【年間125日】以上休めます (土日祝休み希望の方は応相談)

【社員インタビュー】

服飾関係の学校に通っており、個展などに「出展する側」だったのですが、この仕事を始めてから"運営する側"の面白さを知りました。空間づくりや演出を考える中で、出展者の想いやこだわりをどう引き出すかを意識するようになり、仕事の楽しみ方がどんどん広がりました。

最初は設営作業が中心でしたが、経験を積むうちにチームをまとめたり、お客様と直接やり取りをする"営業業務"も担当する立場へとキャリアアップ。現場を一つのプロジェクトとして動かせるようになった今、イベントが無事に成功した瞬間は本当に達成感があります。

職場は20~30代が多く、先輩もフランクで相談しやすい雰囲気。初めて現場を任されたときも、心配して電話をくれたりとサポートしてもらえました。大きな器材を扱う場面もありますが、安全を第一に、仲間と協力しながら成長できる職場です
